Returns And Refund

Please complete the form below to request an RMA number.

1. If our buyer is not satisfied or recieved damage product , a refund and exchange both will be made within 30 days from the delivery time.

2. Returns of the products should be in unused condition with all packaging intact and original tags.

3. Money will be credited back to his/her payment source within 1-2 days, once we have received the items and quality check is done.

4. For your successfull return, fill in the Return Form which is available in the "Returns" section under your Amdesi Account. The Reverse Pick up facility is available for limited pincodes.

5. Refund of shipping charges are not applicable if there is any.

6. If you choose to self-ship your returns back to us then you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service.

7. Note: For replacement, kindly follow the return procedure for the product you want to replace and then proceed for the new product.
